When companies need corporate housing in Bali
Typical cases include a pre-opening team preparing a hotel, restaurant or venue, a construction or renovation project needing supervisors on site for months, a company relocating staff while they find permanent homes, or a team running a long project in the Canggu area. In each case, the employer wants one reliable base instead of managing a dozen separate rentals.
A single lease simplifies administration, gives one contact for questions and keeps colleagues close for coordination.

Staff accommodation in Canggu with privacy
Living with colleagues for months requires more privacy than a short trip. Every bedroom at Kamayana has its own bathroom and air conditioning. Rooms 3 and 4 can be set with an extra-large king or two 1.5 m beds, rooms 1 and 2 have a queen plus single, and the master suite has a king plus bunk. The four-bunk dormitory suits junior staff on shorter rotations or can stay empty as storage.
For a team of six to ten, giving everyone a room of their own is usually the right call over a long period.
Working and living well over several months
High-speed fibre Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace support reporting and calls. The screen and projector serve for briefings. After work, the 15-metre pool, the private infrared sauna and ice bath, the small gym and the 1,000 m² garden help people recover, which is important for retention on long assignments.
The quiet rice-field location, with no road noise and the beach five minutes away, makes the villa feel like a home rather than a dormitory.

Services that keep the house running
Over months, regular housekeeping and laundry are essential. They can be arranged through local partners and quoted in your offer, along with group meals or a private chef, a driver and minivan for commuting to the work site, and group airport transfers for rotations. 24/7 security and large parking support vehicles and equipment.
Define clear house rules from the start: quiet hours, shared kitchen use and guest policy. Long stays go smoothly when expectations are written down.
Contracts and responsibilities
The lease terms, deposit and payment schedule are set out in the written offer for your dates and length of stay. One company, as organiser, holds the lease for the whole villa; rooms are not sublet individually or rotated between unrelated groups.
Employers remain responsible for their staff's visas, any permits, insurance and their own employment terms; check official Indonesian sources or a local adviser. To start, send your team size and expected dates via the questionnaire, WhatsApp or email.
