Why choose a Bali film location with crew accommodation
On a long shoot, every hour spent in traffic is an hour lost on set. When the location is also the crew base, call times are simpler, gear stays secure and the team can review footage in the evening without travelling. For month-long productions such as series, brand campaigns, travel content or documentary work, that saving adds up quickly.
Leasing the whole villa also gives you control: no other guests in frame, no booking conflicts mid-production and the freedom to rearrange spaces for scenes.

Looks and settings inside the property
The villa offers several distinct visual settings without leaving the gate: a 15-metre pool with sun loungers, a lawn framed by tropical planting, thatched bales, a Balinese daybed, a hammock bale, an open lounge facing the pool and a fully equipped open kitchen with long dining tables. The quiet rice-field surroundings help with sound, as there is no road noise.
Just outside, the beach is five minutes away, and Pererenan and Canggu offer cafés, surf and street scenes for additional locations. Scout in advance or request photos to plan your shot list.
Housing the crew
Key creatives and talent can take the rooms with large beds: bedrooms 3 and 4 with an extra-large king, and the master with its king plus bunk. Rooms 1 and 2, each with a queen and a single, suit heads of department sharing. The four-bunk dormitory houses assistants and runners. Every bedroom has a private bathroom and air conditioning, essential for rest between long days.
Keep one room or corner as a locked equipment and data area, and plan where talent can get ready away from the main set.

Production logistics
Large parking takes vans and equipment vehicles, and 24/7 security helps when expensive gear is on site. High-speed fibre Wi-Fi supports uploads and remote review with clients, while the screen and projector serve for dailies and production meetings. Extra sound or display equipment can be quoted as a work or event setup.
A driver and minivan, group airport transfers, housekeeping and laundry, and catering through a private chef or group meals are available via local partners and quoted in your offer. Feeding the crew on site is often the biggest time saver of all.
Permits and responsibilities
Productions remain responsible for their crew's visas, any permits for filming, insurance and their own client terms; check official Indonesian sources or a local adviser, ideally a local production service. Allow enough lead time, as these steps can take a while.
Mention your production plans, crew size and shooting dates when you contact the team via the questionnaire, WhatsApp or email. You will get availability and a detailed offer within 24 hours.
