Hot and cold on site: sauna, ice bath and pool
Contrast therapy is easier to teach when the tools are a few steps from where people sleep. At Kamayana, the private infrared sauna and the ice bath are part of the villa, so you can run morning cold plunges, evening heat sessions or full contrast rounds without transport or shared facilities.
The 15-metre pool adds a gentle way to cool down and swim, and the small gym supports mobility or strength work. If you want guided sessions, a coached sauna and ice bath programme can be arranged through local partners.

Calm spaces for breathwork and integration
Breathwork needs privacy and a setting where people feel safe to let go. Since you rent the whole house, nobody outside your group is around. The lawn, the large bale with its sofa and the open lounge facing the pool each offer a different atmosphere, from open sky to a more enclosed circle.
Afterwards, participants can rest on the Balinese daybed, in the hammock bale or on the sun loungers. Integration time is easier to protect when there is plenty of quiet space.
Designing a wellness programme around the villa
A typical day might start with a breathing practice on the lawn, then a cold plunge and breakfast at the long tables. Late morning can be kept for a workshop in the bale, the afternoon left free for the beach or a massage at the villa, and the evening closed with a sauna session and a shared dinner.
With a one-month lease, you can also vary the rhythm: an intensive first week, lighter middle weeks and a closing ceremony, or several shorter retreats with their own themes.

Food, rest and the rooms
Nutrition is part of most wellness retreats, and the fully equipped open kitchen lets a private chef prepare group meals to your brief. Every bedroom has a private bathroom and air conditioning, which helps people sleep well in the tropical heat.
The six rooms combine queen, king, twin and single beds, a 4-bunk dormitory and a master with a king and bunk bed, for up to 23 guests. You can spread a smaller group out for more privacy or fill the house for a larger cohort.
Your responsibilities as a wellness facilitator
Cold exposure, heat and breathwork carry real physical demands, so plan your own screening, safety briefings and supervision for each session. You remain responsible for how you run your programme, including facilitators' visas and permits, insurance and your client terms. For those points, check official Indonesian sources or a local adviser.
