What a coaching or mastermind group needs from a venue
Masterminds and coaching retreats live on conversation. You need one room where everyone can sit facing each other, a way to show slides or videos, and enough breakout spots for pairs and small groups. Focus matters as much as comfort, so a venue without passing traffic or other guests makes a real difference.
Reliable internet is often overlooked until it fails. Participants may need to join a call or handle their business between sessions, and you may want to stream a guest speaker.

The long-table bale, projector and workspace
At Kamayana, the large bale with its long table and sofa is the natural home for hot seats, round tables and group sessions. The screen and projector handle presentations, frameworks and recorded content, and they double as a cinema for an evening film.
For quieter work, the dedicated workspace and the high-speed fibre Wi-Fi let participants write, plan or catch up with clients. The open lounge facing the pool, the thatched bales and the hammock bale make easy breakout corners.

Mornings can open with movement on the lawn or a swim in the 15-metre pool, followed by breakfast at the long dining tables. The core session runs in the bale before lunch, then the afternoon splits into one-to-one coaching, accountability pairs and free time. A sauna and ice bath round in the late afternoon helps people reset before dinner.
Evenings work well for fireside-style conversations, a guest talk on the projector or simply a long shared meal prepared by a private chef.

Rooms for a mixed group of founders and coaches
Personal development groups often mix people who want privacy with those happy to share. The two rooms that can be arranged as an extra-large king or two 1.5-metre beds, the two rooms with a queen and a single, the master with a king and a bunk bed, and a 4-bunk dormitory give you that range. All six rooms are air-conditioned and have their own bathroom.
For a high-end mastermind, you might keep occupancy well below the 23-guest maximum and give each participant a room of their own.
Using a full month for your coaching business
With a lease of at least one month, you can run more than a single event. Some hosts plan a mastermind for one cohort, then a workshop series or a content week with their team. Others prefer one long programme with a deeper arc.
