Why rent a whole retreat villa in Bali rather than book rooms
When you rent the entire house, every space belongs to your group for the length of the lease. There are no other guests at the pool, no strangers at breakfast and no one walking through your morning practice. You decide when the garden is silent, when the kitchen opens and how the evening circle runs.
It also simplifies the paperwork. Instead of juggling room bookings, you sign one contract with one monthly rent, agreed in a detailed offer before you commit. Your participants are your guests: you handle their registration and pricing, and the villa is simply the place where your programme happens.

How the monthly lease works
The minimum period is one month, and longer periods are possible if you want to run a full season. Kamayana does not rent rooms by the night or by the week, so the calendar stays clear of short stays that would break up your dates.
A month gives you room to breathe. You can arrive a few days early to set up, run one long immersion, or schedule two or three shorter programmes back to back with rest days in between. What is included in the rent, such as cleaning or utilities, is set out clearly in the offer you receive.
Sleeping layout for up to 23 guests
Rooms 1 and 2 each have a queen bed and a single. Rooms 3 and 4 can be set up with an extra-large king or two 1.5-metre beds, which suits couples as well as participants who prefer not to share a bed. Room 5 is a dormitory with 4 bunk beds, and the master, Room 6, has a king bed plus a bunk bed.
Every room has its own bathroom and air conditioning. That mix lets you price private, shared and dorm places differently within your own programme, and keep one room for yourself or your co-facilitators.

Spaces for practice, workshops and shared meals
The lawn in the tropical garden is large enough for an outdoor yoga or movement session. The large bale with its long table and sofa works for circles, workshops and family-style dinners, while the open lounge faces the pool for slower afternoons. A screen and projector cover presentations and movie nights.
For recovery there is a private infrared sauna, an ice bath and a small gym, plus thatched bales, a hammock bale, a Balinese daybed and sun loungers. The open kitchen is fully equipped, so a private chef can cook for the whole group at the long dining tables.
Optional services and how to get a quote
Through local partners, you can add a private chef or group meals, airport transfers, a driver and minivan, cleaning and linen changes, laundry, massages at the villa, a yoga teacher, coached sauna and ice bath sessions or local excursions. Each option is detailed in the offer, so you only take what your programme needs.
