Why a month-long team offsite in Bali
A short offsite often ends just as the team gets into a rhythm. A month gives a distributed or remote team time to plan the next quarter, build together and still keep the business running. It also works as a rotating base, where different squads or departments use the villa for part of the month.
Because the villa is leased as a whole, the company signs one contract with one monthly rent. Everything is set out in a detailed offer, which makes internal approval and budgeting more straightforward.

Work setup: Wi-Fi, workspace and projector
High-speed fibre Wi-Fi covers daily work and video calls, and the dedicated workspace gives people a place to focus. For all-hands sessions, strategy days or demos, the screen and projector can be set up in the large bale with its long table and sofa.
Smaller meetings fit in the open lounge facing the pool or under one of the thatched bales. Having several spaces means one group can workshop while others work quietly.
Rooms for a team of up to 23
The six bedrooms all have air conditioning and a private bathroom. Rooms 3 and 4 can be set as two 1.5-metre beds, which suits colleagues who share, or as an extra-large king. Rooms 1 and 2 each have a queen and a single, Room 6 has a king and a bunk bed, and Room 5 is a dorm with 4 bunk beds.
For a leadership team, you might give each person a room. For a larger group, the dorm and bunk beds let more people stay on site, which keeps the team together in the evenings.

A typical offsite day in Pererenan
An offsite day might start with an optional swim or a session in the small gym, then a team breakfast at the long dining tables. Mornings go to focused work or workshops, afternoons to one-to-ones, deep work or the beach five minutes away. In the evening, a sauna and ice bath round followed by a group dinner cooked by a private chef helps people connect beyond work.
Weekends can include local excursions arranged through partners, or simply time to explore Canggu's cafés and coastline.
Logistics and company responsibilities
Airport transfers, a driver and minivan, cleaning and linen change, laundry and group meals can be added through local partners and are detailed in the offer. 24/7 security and large parking cover the practical side of a group stay.
The company remains responsible for how it runs its offsite, including team members' visas and permits, insurance and internal policies. Check official Indonesian sources or a local adviser before you travel.
