What wellness coliving looks like
In a wellness coliving, the facilities come to you. Instead of booking a studio and riding a scooter in the heat, you walk to the sauna, the gym or the pool on your own terms. That lowers the effort of staying consistent, which is where most routines fail.
It is not a retreat with a fixed programme. You decide how much to use and when, and the house provides the tools. That freedom is what makes the format attractive for people who dislike strict schedules. Some weeks you may use everything every day, other weeks you may only swim and sleep, and both are fine.

The sauna and ice bath
The infrared sauna and the ice bath are private and reserved for residents. Many people use them after a workout, at the end of a workday or on rest days. Heat then cold is a popular combination for relaxation, but listen to your body and check with a doctor if you have a medical condition. A common routine is three to four minutes of cold followed by a rest, but the right length depends on you, so start short and build up.
If you are new to cold exposure, coached sessions can be arranged on request with local partners, so you can learn how to start gently.
Training at home and around Pererenan
The small gym at the villa covers basic strength and mobility work. For classes, surf, yoga or a bigger gym, the Pererenan and Canggu area has a wide choice, reachable by scooter. Mixing home workouts with an outdoor class or a surf session keeps training varied through a one-month or longer stay.
A private yoga teacher can be arranged on request. Massages at home are also available through local partners, which makes recovery days easy.

A calm place to recover
Wellness is also about the environment. The villa is in a rice-field area with no road noise, within a 1,000 m² tropical garden. The pool, sun loungers, Balinese daybed and hammock bale give you places to stop without leaving the property. Mornings are usually the calmest time, which is perfect for stretching or a quiet swim before work.
Good sleep is part of the plan. Every room has air conditioning and a private bathroom, so you can control temperature and rest.
Eating and rhythm
The fully equipped open kitchen lets you cook what you like. If you prefer help, a private chef can prepare breakfasts, shared dinners or weekly meal prep, arranged on request and detailed in your offer. Cafés in the area also serve light, fresh meals, so you never have to cook if you do not feel like it.
A simple pattern works well: morning movement, focused work, an afternoon swim, then sauna and a quiet evening. A month in this rhythm is often what people mean when they say they came back feeling reset.
