What makes Pererenan different
Pererenan is the coastal village just north of Canggu. It has its own beach, its own cafés and restaurants, and a growing group of remote workers and surfers, but the streets are calmer and the surroundings greener.

A villa on a quiet lane
The villa is on Jl. Munduk Batu Belah Gg. Sukun No.2, a small lane surrounded by rice fields. There is no road noise, which matters if you take calls from your room or simply like to wake up to birds instead of engines.
The 1,000 m² tropical garden wraps the house, with a lawn, thatched bales, a Balinese daybed, sun loungers and a hammock bale that is hard to leave once you have found it. Mornings are the best time to notice the difference, with the light over the paddies and the garden still cool before the day warms up.
How Pererenan fits a working month
You still have everything close: cafés, gyms, surf spots and coworking spaces are in the Pererenan and Canggu area, reachable by scooter. The house itself has fibre Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace, so you can decide each day whether to stay in or head out.
Having a good base nearby makes the schedule easier. A surf at sunrise, a deep-work block at the villa, and a late lunch in a café fit into one day without long journeys. If you prefer a change of scene, a café or a coworking space in the area is only a short scooter ride away, and you can return to the villa whenever you want peace.
Rooms and sharing in the house
There are 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. Rooms 1 to 4 and room 6 are private rooms for one person or a couple, while room 5 is a shared room with four bunk beds, rented bed by bed.
The shared life happens around the 15-metre pool with its children's pool area, the open lounge facing the water, the large bale with a long table and sofa, and the open kitchen. You can join in or retreat to your room.
Is Pererenan right for you?
It suits people who want to be close to the Canggu scene but prefer to sleep in a quiet place. It is a good match for remote workers, creators, founders, couples and anyone taking a long break in Bali.
If you want to be in the middle of the busiest nightlife every night, a central Canggu base may fit better. If you want to rest, swim, train and work, Pererenan is hard to beat. Think about how you want your days to feel, because that matters more than the map.
