Event layout and equipment
The large open reception bale with a long table and sofa can host presentations and tastings, the open lounge facing the pool works for a cocktail hour, and the lawn is open for a standing reception. An outdoor screen and projector under a bale can show a launch film or deck.
Local partners can supply sound and lighting, a DJ or live musicians, a bartender, a banquet table, decoration with flowers and themes, and a photographer and videographer with drone. Please tell us expected attendance, as extra guests can join for the day or evening.
Food, drink and hosting the crew
A private chef and catering can handle a Balinese dinner, babi guling, BBQ or vegetarian and vegan canapés, and the open kitchen is fully equipped for catering teams. Long dining tables suit a seated dinner after the launch.
Six air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms sleep up to 23, so founders, team and key guests can stay on site.
