Hotels and conference rooms split a group between meeting space and rooms. At Kamayana the meeting space, the bedrooms and the meals are all on one private property, which cuts transfers and keeps a team together from the first session to the last drink.
The villa is rented as a whole with exclusive use, so discussions stay confidential and there are no other guests around. Daily housekeeping, 24/7 security and large parking are included.
Meeting spaces, Wi-Fi and presentation tools
The large open reception bale has a long table and sofa for plenary sessions, while the open lounge facing the pool works for breakouts. An outdoor screen and projector under a bale supports presentations, and a projector and flipchart can be arranged on request.
High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace keep people connected. Indoor and outdoor event spaces let you move between focused work and informal conversation, which many teams find more productive than a windowless room.
Downtime that makes the seminar work
A 15-metre pool, 1,000 m² of garden, an infrared sauna, an ice bath and a small gym give people real breaks. Coached sauna and ice bath sessions, massages and yoga can be added for an evening reset.
The quiet Pererenan setting, among rice fields and five minutes from the beach, helps attendees switch off. Canggu cafés and beach clubs are close by for a social dinner.
